Welcome to Aureo. The conditions below (the "Agreement") govern the use of the Service. By using or operating the service, whether or not you register for the Service, you expressly agree to be bound by this Agreement and to abide by all its terms and applicable laws and regulations governing the Service. 1. Priority. This Agreement, together with Aureo Privacy Policy sets forth the terms and conditions under which Aureo Barcelona makes the service available to you.

2.Using the Service.You understand and agree that the Service is provided as a pre-production, beta, and is made available "AS IS" and "as available" for the purpose of providing Aureo Barcelona with information on the quality and usability of Service.The service is provided to you for your own evaluation and testing, and use of the service is at your own risk.Aureo Barcelona reserves the right to modify, suspend or stop the service (or part thereof), either temporarily or permanently, at any time or from time to time with or without notice.The content and software provided by the Service is copyrighted by Aureo Barcelona and / or its licensors and is protected by Spain and international copyright laws.Accordingly, you agree not to copy, reproduce, alter, modify or create derivative works (except for your own personal, noncommercial use) the Service.Also agree to not use any robot, spider, other automated device, or manual process to monitor or copy any content from the Service.In addition, you agree that you will not: a.Interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service, Barcelona Aureo servers or any activity that took place in Barcelona Aureo servers.b.Collect personally identifiable information about other clients Aureo Barcelona or use the information obtained from or through the Service for the purpose of direct marketing, spam, or unsolicited contact with customers in other Aureo Barcelona, or other activities not permissible including, without limitation, activities that violate anti-spamming laws and regulations.c.Use any software or intellectual property so that you do not have a proper license.d.Use the Service to promote, encourage or permit gambling.e.Post, transmit, provide or link to (i) the content is determined Aureo Barcelona pornography, sexually explicit, or adult in nature or (ii) illegal activities, including, without limitation, child pornography and defamatory , defamatory or otherwise malicious information.f.Advocate or facilitate the activities in (i) contain threats or incite violence against persons or entities, (ii) are prejudicial to any person or entity, or (iii) are discriminatory based on race, sex, religion, nationality , disability, sexual orientation or age.g.Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your professional affiliation or other relationship with any person or entity or indicate that you are an employee or representative of Aureo Barcelona or its affiliates for any purpose, including, without limitation, phishing or pharming.h. Post, upload or transmit any content or other material that is fraudulent or violates or infringes the rights of others, including material that violates privacy or publicity rights, or infringes the copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights . i. Post, upload or transmit any information, software or other material that contains viruses, unauthorized data, malware, trojans, spyware, worms or other harmful components or corrupted. j. Violate, misappropriate, or infringe the rights of any third party. k. Participate in or facilitate the illegal export of any product being limited or controlled, including, without limitation, software, algorithms or data that is subject to laws or regulations.

3.User Contributions and Privacy.There are many opportunities within the service for you to participate actively.In the process of doing so can provide some feedback, suggestions, data or other information about the service Aureo Barcelona (collectively "Information").Barcelona Aureo entitled to retain and use such information in current or future products or services, without compensation to you. To the extent that protection under intellectual property laws, you agree to cooperate with Aureo Barcelona as necessary to obtain protection as Aureo Barcelona may desire and agrees to assign its rights to such Information Aureo Barcelona. Moreover, Aureo Barcelona may share aggregate (non personal) information with business partners or other third parties. Aureo Barcelona will not, however, knowingly collect personally identifiable information to third parties unless so required to comply with any valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, warrant, court order, or if necessary or appropriate to address an unlawful or harmful.

4. No Obligations. This Agreement does not commit Barcelona Aureo support obligations to you in connection with the Service. These obligations, if any, shall be specified in a separate agreement between you and Barcelona Aureo.

5.No Warranty. Please note that the services provided as part of this service are experimental in nature and does not represent Aureo Barcelona to be reliable, accurate, complete or otherwise valid. THEREFORE, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AND YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. BARCELONA Aureo its officers, directors, employees and licensors expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service or its contents, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT. Any material transmitted, stored, accessed or maintained OTHER THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR own risk. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.

6. Limitation of Liability. YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES Aureo BARCELONA BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER OR NOT BEEN BARCELONA Aureo ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Aureo BARCELONA IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY AMOUNT.

7. Release and Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, do hereby release and waive all claims against Aureo Barcelona and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability for claims, damages (actual and consequential), costs and expenses (including litigation costs and attorneys' fees) of every kind and nature, arising out of or connected in any way with the use of the Service.

8. Modifications of Terms. This Agreement shall expire when Aureo Barcelona makes generally available to its users in terms of trade and subsequent use of the Service is subject to the terms and conditions of service trade. In addition, Aureo Barcelona have the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time, which modification shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Service. Accordingly, we suggest you check this page periodically. To make your review more convenient, we will post a version number or date on the first page.

9. Violations of the Terms. In addition to any legal action Aureo Barcelona may have for your violation of the terms of this Agreement, Aureo Barcelona also have the right, in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

10. Compliance with Laws. You agree to use the Service to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you operate a commercial Web site or online service directed to children under 13 that collects personal information from children or if you operate a general audience web site and have actual knowledge that you are collecting personal information from children, should comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA").

11. Termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause, upon notice to the other party.

12. Exemptions and allowances. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Aureo Barcelona, and its employees, agents and representatives, from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way connected with the use of the Service, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature. In this case, Aureo Barcelona will provide a written notice of such claim, suit or action.

13. N missions. You may not assign this Agreement or assign any rights or delegate any obligations, in whole or in part, whether voluntarily or by operation of law, without the prior written consent Aureo Barcelona. Any such purported assignment or delegation by you without the prior written consent Aureo Barcelona will be void and of no force or effect unless expressly agreed by Aureo Barcelona in its sole and absolute discretion.

14. Relationship between the parties. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, for all purposes of this Agreement, each party shall be and act as an independent contractor and not as partner, joint venturer, agent, employee or employer of the other and shall not bind nor attempt to bind the other to any contract.
