The Residencia Augusta Universitaria, due to its limited number of vacancies, enables a friendly and cozy atmosphere as well as the individual attention and focused contact that our profesional staff has with their residents.

The center is located in a strategic spot and offers inmediate access to any part of the city.

The Residencia boasts rooms equipped with tv, refrigerator and student desks and also a variety of common and recreational spaces where students may get to know some other students.

The center strives to provide and maintain the highest standards of food, customer service, nutrition, food safety and sanitation and offers a variated and equilibrated cuisine.

Each student is provided with a clean and comfortable place to live and may enjoy half board (breakfast lunch and/or supper) from monday to friday both included.
